Nearly 15 years after completing Lincoln Heights Health Center, Mark Spaulding Construction Company was selected to be the Construction Manager / Design Builder of the Health Care Connection’s new state of the art health center located in Mount Healthy, Ohio.

Lincoln Heights Health Center is located in Lincoln Heights, Ohio. This project was a new three-story 45,000 sq. ft. medical facility. The total construction cost for this project was $5 million and was completed in 2005.

Mark Spaulding Construction Company had the pleasure of working hand in hand on a daily basis with Delores Lindsay who is the President & CEO of The Healthcare Connection. Although this was not a design-build project, Mark Spaulding Construction Company worked diligently to help value engineer parts of the project so that more important areas could be made possible. This project was designed by the Harrell Group located in Cincinnati, OH.
